Fulfilled by Printful: Custom, On-Demand Products
All items are printed and shipped by Printful, our trusted print-on-demand partner. As each product is made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
Ordering the wrong size or color
Changing your mind after purchase
However, if your order arrives with a production issue, a defect, or is damaged in transit, we’ll absolutely make it right.
You’re Covered If:
Your item arrives damaged
There is a misprint or manufacturing defect
You receive the wrong item
What To Do:
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order here. Include the following:
A brief description of the issue
A clear photo of the problem
Your order number
Once Printful verifies the issue, we’ll offer you either a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
💡 Good to know: You usually won’t need to send anything back — we’ll handle it directly with Printful.
Exchanges & Sizing
Because each product is made on demand, we unfortunately can’t offer size or color exchanges.
To avoid any issues, please double-check the size guide on each product page before placing your order.
Refunds
If your refund is approved due to a defect or fulfillment error:
It will be issued to your original payment method via Squarespace Payments
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider
Squarespace securely processes all payments and refunds.
Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Packages
If your order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient shipping address, or if the package is unclaimed, we’ll reach out to confirm your details and offer to reship the item at your cost.

For products fulfilled by theprintspace.co.uk, our policy is as follows:
You're Covered If:
Your item arrives damaged
There is a production defect
The product does not match the uploaded file within a reasonable industry-standard tolerance
What To Do:
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order here. Include:
A brief description of the issue
A clear photo of the problem
Your order number
We may request the return of the damaged or defective product. Upon verification, we will:
Repair the defect and redeliver at no additional cost; or
Reprint the item and redeliver at no additional cost; or
Cancel the order and issue a full refund
💡 Note: Refunds or replacements are not provided for issues arising from customer-provided files, such as pixelation or color profile problems.
EU Consumer Rights Notice
Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right to withdraw from a purchase does not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly personalized.
Since all of our products are custom-made just for you, returns or exchanges are only possible in the case of a quality issue.
